Service Description
With one of our 12 week training plans you get the same top level expertise and the exact same personalisation of your training. With a 12 week plan we will tailor your plan to your unique physiology and training goals. This is not a generic training plan.
These are plan are ideal for those who just wish to add structure to their training without the day to day contact, training analysis, specific services and tracking that you get with our coaching memberships.
12 week training plans do not include access to our members only portal but you will get your own Panache Coaching discount code that can be applied to any of our services. We even include a free "testing week" and check in with you restructuring the plan after 6 weeks if necessary.
All of our plans are prescribed through Trainingpeaks. Don't worry if you haven't used Trainingpeaks before, we will setup your account for you and take you through it step by step in the first week fo your plan.
